A heartfelt thank you to every New South Restaurant Group guest and team member who made this happen. This is the stack of toys we delivered to Thames Elementary yesterday. Because of your generosity, kids who were bracing for the possibility of waking up to very little on Christmas morning are going to feel the kind of surprise only Santa’s helpers can pull off.

Moments like this remind me why I love my hometown so much. When there’s a need, people step up without hesitation. And the NSRG team—many of whom donated their own time, money, and made a return to the toy aisles for the first time in years—earned more gratitude than I can put into words.

Merry Christmas, everyone.
